All events are undertaken at the participants’ own risk. 

We accept no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to others or personal property. Personal accident and medical insurance are strongly advised

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for all tours. 

Any allergy, medical condition or medication being taken that may affect your health or participation must be notified to us in writing prior to the event.

Safety

If you book our bike tours you must be an experienced biker and be able to drive safely. At any time the host from Foods of Copenhagen can reject a guest if we decide it is not safe for the guest. In this case Foods of Copenhagen does not offer a refund.
